X-ARCHIVE:

A CAMPAIGN OF 410 CUTS.

CAMPAIGN 01 STATUS: PARTLY DECLASSIFIED PERIOD: 2024–2026 CLASS: AIR DEFENCE

Ukrspecsystems is declassifying archive footage from one of the most important campaigns our unnamed products took part in. Scroll to learn more.

CAMPAIGN BRIEF

01 // CAMPAIGN BRIEF

Between 2024 and 2026, units of Ukraine's Defence Forces armed with RAM-family loitering munitions struck thousands of enemy targets. One class of target stood apart: the invaders' air defence. Launchers, search and guidance radars, transloaders, battalion command posts.

Dozens of units did this work with several different weapons. Our part of it is more than 410 confirmed strikes on air-defence targets, every one of them captured on video.

Now we are presenting RAM by Ukrspecsystems to the public.

02 // WHY WE STAYED SILENT

Strike footage gives away how a weapon works: its range, how it behaves in the terminal phase, how it holds its link, how long it needs to reach the target. As long as the enemy did not know whose drone this was, or how it approached, the next mission could repeat the last one. That is why we never captioned a single frame.

Today the enemy keeps its own count of these strikes and has worked out the method from the results. Silence no longer protects anything.

ONLY FOOTAGE THAT HAS LOST ITS COMBAT VALUE GOES INTO THE ARCHIVE. ONGOING MISSIONS STAY CLOSED.

CAMPAIGN FILES

Everything here is archive material. Every file goes through an OPSEC filter: we redact anything that gives away our current range or comms setup, the launch point, the spotter's work, or landmarks that would identify the area. We release strikes in batches, so check back for updates.
FILTER / TARGET CLASS
09 RELEASED
01 / 09
TARGET Command-and-staff vehicle from the S-300P system
TARGET CLASS Air defense
SYSTEM RAM-2X
UNIT 15 Brigade "Black Forest"
PERIOD Summer 2026
A good example of the “killer duo” at work. SHARK-M first detected the S-300P command vehicle and remained over the area, tracking it and passing updated coordinates to RAM-2X. After the strike, the reconnaissance UAV stayed long enough to record the result and then safely left the area with footage for battle-damage assessment. One aircraft found and observed the target; the other completed the engagement.
TARGET Buk-M3
TARGET CLASS AIR DEFENSE
SYSTEM Black Betty
UNIT 15 Brigade "Black Forest
PERIOD Spring 2025
This Buk-M3 was not caught parked or inactive. It was found in working configuration and apparently already engaging aerial threats — only one missile remained on the launcher. Despite being designed to detect and engage fast aerial targets at significant range, the system was first located by a reconnaissance asset and then approached by Black Betty. The operator placed the strike directly into the radar section, hitting the component the Buk relies on to detect and track threats.
TARGET P-18 TEREK RADAR
TARGET CLASS RADAR / AIR DEFENSE
SYSTEM RAM-2X
UNIT ███
PERIOD Summer 2026
The crew had chosen the position carefully. The radar was placed inside a caponier and additional cover was being installed around it, leaving only limited access to the equipment. The problem was the antenna: large enough to compromise an otherwise well-protected position. RAM-2X approached through the remaining opening in the cover and was guided directly into the radar’s main components.
TARGET S-400 TRIUMF LAUNCHER
TARGET CLASS AIR DEFENSE
SYSTEM RAM-2X
UNIT 413th Separate Regiment «RAID»
PERIOD Summer 2026
One of the rarest and most valuable targets in Russian air defence. The engagement took place at night, with the S-400 already deployed and operating. RAM-2X approached the system in the terminal phase and was guided into its most critical component — the launch containers. The strike triggered a secondary detonation and ammunition cook-off, turning a precision hit into the destruction of the launcher.
TARGET 2S6 TUNGUSKA
TARGET CLASS AIR DEFENSE
SYSTEM RAM-2X
UNIT ███
PERIOD Spring 2024
This Tunguska was hiding among buildings and trees, using the terrain to make aerial detection difficult. That worked until the position was identified. Instead of approaching across the open ground, RAM-2X comes in toward the concealed vehicle, with the target becoming clearly visible only in the final part of the engagement. A close-range air-defence system designed to stop low-flying threats gets very little warning of one arriving.
TARGET NEBO-U RADAR
TARGET CLASS RADAR / AIR DEFENSE
SYSTEM RAM-2X
UNIT 429th Brigade “ACHILLES”
PERIOD Summer 2026
This long-range three-coordinate radar was positioned at an airfield in Russia’s Rostov region, where it helped provide early warning and protection for aircraft operating from the base. The target was engaged at a distance of roughly 170 km. RAM-2X reached the airfield and struck the radar, reducing the enemy’s ability to detect approaching aerial threats in time.
TARGET BUK-M2
TARGET CLASS AIR DEFENSE
SYSTEM RAM-2X
UNIT SSU
PERIOD Spring 2024
Mobile air defence survives by refusing to stay where it was last seen. This Buk-M2 was detected during the period between relocation and concealment, leaving a narrow window to complete the engagement. By the time RAM-2X reached the area, the challenge was no longer simply reaching the coordinates — it was finding and confirming the vehicle before the opportunity disappeared. The footage shows that final search and approach, ending with the Buk itself in the centre of the frame.
TARGET NEBO-SVU RADAR
TARGET CLASS RADAR / AIR DEFENSE
SYSTEM RAM-2X
UNIT ███
PERIOD Spring 2025
This Nebo-SVU long-range radar system normally spent most of its time hidden inside a heavily protected underground shelter. SHARK-M tracked the position and waited for the short window when the vehicle emerged but had not yet fully deployed. That was the moment the strike was initiated. RAM-2X was launched while SHARK-M remained in the area as a communications relay, supporting the engagement through to the target. According to the assessed result, the strike caused approximately $100 million in damage.
